Meet Michelle

Hi, I’m Michelle—Leadership Coach, Educator, and long-time partner to leaders who care deeply about their work, their teams, and their communities.

After 30 years in education and nonprofit spaces, I’ve seen how challenging it can be to lead well when your inner and outer worlds are in transition. I’ve also seen how quickly things shift when leaders reconnect with meaning, align with their values, and strengthen the skills that support healthier relationships and whole-life well-being.

That’s why I created Jonlieu:
